Ideal for all VW 5 & 6-speed manual transmissions. Redline lightweight Shockproof oil is also formulated for racing differentials and transmissions and wet-sump/splash applications. Contains microscopic solid medium that cushions gears while allowing low drag for relatively high protection. Film thickness greater than the SAE 75W140, yet low fluid friction of 80W gear oil or 30W motor oil.
