Good basic bulb to replace the reverse lights on the MKIV Jetta Wagon; color temp is cooler, brightness is comparable to the incandescent bulb. Keeps the bulb housing cooler.
Also a decent secondary brake light in the fog light location for the 5-light brake light mod. It’s not as bright or as warm as a regular bulb for that location but works fine if you don’t mind the difference in color temp. Decent option for those unhappy with the brightness of the fog light location using the mod.
