Complete CP3 high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) kit for common rail 2015 Jetta/Beetle and Passat CVCA. This kit is designed to replace all the damaged parts resulting from HPFP failure, which sends fragments of the pump throughout the fuel system.

***IMPORTANT NOTES**
-The center nut for the replacement hub should be torqued to 60nm/44 ft-lbs.
-You will have to do a lot of bending on one of the fuel lines. We are working to come up with a custom solution, however getting a custom line built that can handle 35,000 PSI is not an easy task, so for the time being you will have to make do with bending.
-Our updated steel gears and brackets reduce the need to clearance the block. However some trimming is still needed.
-If you have ANY debris in any part of your fuel system it will clog the internal screen on the HPFP. Often this will blow out the plug and cause a fuel leak. Bosch has made it clear that this not an issue with the pump but rather not enough prep being done, so make sure your fuel system is completely clean to avoid buying two (or more) HPFP’s! As of this writing the only CP3 failures we have seen have been due to debris in the system. The pumps are extremely reliable and we have had 0 failures/warranty claims for actual pump defects.
-This kit does not require tuning, unless you are currently tuned. In that case you will likely need a tune update. See above for metering valve part numbers. You are still responsible to confirm the part number you receive with your kit and coordinate with your tuner.
-Some customers have chased fuel rail pressure codes. If your rail pressure code is too high it’s likely a software issue and will need a tune update. If it’s too low it’s usually mechanical in nature – injector or fuel rail.
-We will update this list with any other patterns we find. If you have any helpful hints please email them over and we will update the listing as needed. Please note one off experiences may not make the list, but as patterns emerge they will make it up here.
Core Note: Core includes $100 for the HPFP and $100 for the set of injectors and will be refunded accordingly if either is not returned. If a full set of injectors is not returned, no core refund will be processed for the injectors.
