STEP 1/6
Using a hacksaw or similar tool, safely remove existing hinges. Leave at minimum 1/8″ of existing material to facilitate the mounting of the new hinges.
STEP 2/6
Clean edges to allow flush fitment of new hinges on top of old hinges.
STEP 3/6
Secure Part “A” to the lid using the smallest (3/4″) self-drilling screw.
STEP 4/6
Insert hinge pin “A” into the console socket.
STEP 5/6
Insert hinge pin “B” into the remaining console socket and interlock Part A and B.
STEP 6/6
Using the 2x 1 ½” self-drilling screws, secure the hinges together. The remaining 2x 1″ screws into the remaining two holes.
