1 liter of Genuine VW G70 Gear oil. API rating of GL-4 (MIL-2105). OEM part number G070726A2. This is the latest oil spec.

NOTE: This is ideal in climates where temperatures regularly go below 0 degrees Fahrenheit. For temperatures in the 0-10 range many customers use 1L of G60 and 1L of G70 gear oil. If you’re above 10 degrees then the thicker G60 gear oil is a better choice. The formula is identical in both gear oils, the only difference is viscosity. Recommended change interval is 50,000 miles.
